My Rough Schedule

Together my wonderful leader, Katie, and I arranged my crazy ideas and plans to a much sane and functional plan! Here it goes!

Key for understanding My schedule:
4=every week of the month
3=3x of the month
2= every other week
1= monthly event

Monday: (4) Oriente Meeting – 12-7pm
Tuesday: (3) STINT development – 9-11am
(4) ESEF w/ Sandra and Victor – 1-4pm
(1) ALL Enfoque Meeting – 5-8pm
(2) Meeting with Katie (Oriente Leader) – 6-9pm
Wednesday: (4) Evaluating UACM w/ Ale
(2) ESIME – 12-4pm
(4) Women’s Study – 5-8pm
(1) Day of Fun with Oriente Team
(1) Day with God!
Thursday: (4) UACM with Ale 10-6pm
(4) Roommate Bible Study 7-9pm
Friday: (2) With Discipler – 10-11:15am
(2) Bible Study with Oriente Team – 10-1pm
(4) Spanish w/ Mandy and other (?) – 11:30am (2x) & 1pm (2x) for about 1.5 hrs!
(4) Time available for 1-1 discipling time, administration time, etc.
Saturday: (1) All Student Meeting – varies
(1) Chicas fiesta - varies
Sunday: (4) Church and time with God and other teams

The Rush Begins!!!

Did you know that I actually do enjoy being busy? I must confess, I like the thrill of doing homework and being responsible with tasks that fits my character. This school semester just began and I simply keep learning more of myself and my place in God’s hands. It is amazing how I see more of my place in this ministry. In other words, I am finding those stubborn and difficult puzzle pieces fitting just perfectly in this 1000 piece puzzle… but the plan is not yet complete, just clearer! AND because of this, I actually have a schedule mapped out! I am not saying that each and every event will take place as I see it, for I know that God will work OUTside of the schedule MANY times. I am NOT placing Him in a box, but being more focused and diligent with the things before me. Mexico’s experience was a bit of a puzzling mess with so much wonderful things I saw God doing in the lives of students and schools that I sincerely wanted to be a part of, but realizing that I am NOT a robot. I must relax and simply enjoy the presence of God’s love in those quiet times.

…and for that exact reason, I have been a bit sick with the flu the last couple days…no complaints, just resting A LOT more!! Please pray for healing. I already feel better…but Spring Breakers are coming tomorrow (3/7/09)!!! GAAAHH
